They say not to work with your family, but Rachel and founder Kaleigh found a way around it. Both marrying firefighters, who also happened to be brothers, Kaleigh and Rachel not only get to be co-workers, but in-laws!

Rachel graduated from Texas A&M (whoop!) and worked as a third-grade teacher before turning her “creative outlet” of doing hair and makeup into a career at The Styling Stewardess. A long-time lover of the beauty industry with a not-so-secret obsession with Sephora and Ulta, Rachel has a soft spot for bold lips (“Fuschia is my flavor of the week,” she says). Her styling specialty is a natural, dewy look paired with a messy-romantic updo.
When she doesn’t have her makeup palette or curling iron in hand, she stays busy playing with her kiddos, watching “awful reality TV,” shopping and singing in her church praise band.

Her favorite feature to emphasize are eyes and eyebrows because they are unique to each person
Her dream destination for a wedding would be Greece
If she could do it all over and had all the money in the world, she’d travel to the island of Skopelos and tie the knot on a beach there (and may talk her husband into a destination 10-year vow renewal)
Her dream celebrity client is Jessie James Decker because of her long locks and great eyebrows
She also has a major girl crush on Jessie James Decker’s stylist, Jessica Scantlin
Rachel has 3-year-old twins, a 2-year-old little girl, and another baby on the way (she's due in April 2018!)
